LELIEVRE is renowned for its traditional business as a manufacturer and distributor of collections of furnishing fabrics and home accessories. Its top-of-the-range products are distributed exclusively to professional clients around the world.
In wishing to establish a greater presence with the end-consumer, LELIEVRE now offers an Internet selling service restricted to its home accessories, cushions, plaids, curtains, etc…, as shown on its website, bearing the LELIEVRE, SONIA RYKIEL MAISON and ALCANTARA labels.
It is emphasised that LELIEVRE does not engage in any telemarketing to private individual prospective customers. Therefore, articles L.121-21 to L.121-27 of the Consumer Code, which relate to doorstep selling, do not apply to these general terms and conditions of sale. However, purchasing via the Internet, resulting from an active approach by the customer, is subject to the conditions of distance selling governed by articles L.111-1, L.113-3 and L.121-18 of this Code.
You will be asked to declare that you have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. In validating your order, you are deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions of sale. On the website: www.lelievreparis.com All the stages required for selecting and purchasing are indicated on the site. You will have to identify yourself at the time of your first order by filling in a number of mandatory fields, so that you can be contacted, if necessary.
All products displayed on the site are, in theory, available in stock in sufficient numbers. If, on preparing the delivery, a problem with quantity should arise, you would be informed immediately. Photographs and descriptions of products on offer are for information only and do not commit LELIEVRE. LELIEVRE checks all orders that have been validated on its website. Therefore, you may be asked for various documents required to release your order: proof of identity and address. These requests are sent via e-mail.
The prices of the items are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes, with delivery costs extra. Before final validation of your order, you will be able to check the retail price per item and the transport charges. This display will appear identically on the invoice which you will receive separately by mail.
Payment with the order is mandatory. There is no entitlement to a discount for payment in cash.
Payment must be made by credit card. CB, Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard are accepted.
An order can only be validated once your payment has been recorded. However, the card shall only be debited at the time of processing the order.
By way of exception, you may ask to pay by bank transfer. you will need to notify us with a written request using the “Contact” tab or sending us an e-mail to: eboutique@lelievreparis.com
Where applicable, LELIEVRE might require you to pay by bank transfer.
In the context of payments via the Internet, and in order to combat Internet fraud, a check will be carried out on line with the competent banking institutions via a specialised company. Our website is highly secure: your credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never sent over the network in clear text.
When you enter your order, a delivery lead-time is displayed, normally 3 to 4 working days for an address in France and 3 to 8 working days for the rest of Europe, Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
However, at the time of preparing your order, it may be that we notice a total or partial stock shortage; in this case, we shall contact you to offer a rescheduling of your order. You can then accept this offer or, on the other hand, reject it and cancel all or part of your order. In this latter case, the debit to your card will be corrected for the amount of the cancelled items.
In any case, article L.121-20-3 provides for automatic cancellation of an order in case of a delay of more than 30 days.
In accordance with article L.121-1 of the Consumer Code governing distance selling, the customer has the option to return the goods within 7 days, in their original packaging, complete, accompanied by the return slip duly filled in, and a copy of the invoice, to the address of the Company’s registered office. Items returned incomplete, faulty or damaged shall not be refunded.
